The SureSwitch API allows you to seamlessly integrate every apect of OTS into your existing customer journey. The API follows RESTful principles, using JSON payloads. Key processes include matching customer details, placing switch orders, updating or cancelling switches, and triggering the cessation of services by the losing provider after a successful switch. It also offers endpoints for retrieving provider lists, switch details, and searching switches by various criteria.
